Headache
Causes of headache could be complex – from stress, fatigue, allergy, injury, blood sugar and blood pressure, anaemia, to spinal problem, head trauma, and even brain, eye, oral problems. However, cervical spine misalignment can also cause headache and many other issues.
Symptoms
- Feeling tight at the back of the head and forehead.
- Dull pain on the side of the head.
- Pain increases due to head movement.

Suggestions
If the causes are pathological, related therapy might be needed.
Whether the headache is caused by injury or compression of the cervical spine resulting in functional disorders of the spinal nerve and tendon systems; or if it is caused by a herniated disc, a chiropractor helps to identify and fix the subluxation, and provide effective therapy to relieve the pain.
