Prepared to communicate with us about your medical history. Get these details ready, including: have you had any surgery before? Have you been injured in a serious accident? When did the pain start? Is your pain getting worse? How do you normally sit at work? This information will help us identify the cause of the pain and customise a suitable therapy plan.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

During the first consultation, we will assess your pain level and diagnose the cause of pain. The assessment will facilitate communication between you and the healthcare professionals. In addition, your examination report and past medical history will be used to develop an effective therapy plan, and as a reference to monitor the progress.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n <\/i>\r\n 3. Therapy Day <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Generally, therapy can be carried out directly on the skin or on lightweight clothing. If you choose to have the therapy on your skin, please wear suitable underwear and we will cover your body with a towel during the therapy. If you choose to have the therapy on lightweight clothing, please ensure that your clothing is comfortable, loose and flexible; avoid wearing jeans or other thick\/tight\/slippery clothing as these materials may affect the effectiveness of the therapy.\n

\nIt is recommended to eat something light and drink plain water 30 to 60 minutes before your therapy. Empty or full stomach may make you feel unwell after your therapy, as your body uses up energy during the therapy and recovery process. If you are having a therapy after a meal, make sure you have enough time to digest. It\u2019s important to keep communication open during the process, so we can make suitable adjustments to your therapy.\n

\nPlease reserve sufficient time for your consultation and therapy, which may last approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.\n<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

The number of follow-up consultations depends on individual circumstances. Generally, it is recommended to start with two visits a week, followed by rehabilitation exercises in phases to achieve better outcome.\n<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
